Ft. Huachuca Laundry and Dry Cleaning

Sources Sought/Request For Information: NO SOLICITATION EXISTS ACC-APG Huachuca Division is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SS) for Market Research purposes ONLY. The government is requesting responses from industry to gauge industry availability, interest, and capability to perform. This SS notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation to bid.

General Requirement Information: Anticipated NAICS Code is NAICS Code: 812320, Dry-cleaning and Laundry Services (except coin-operated). Size Standard $8M. Anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) S209 Housekeeping- Laundry/Drycleaning. Anticipated Total Period of Performance (PoP) 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2030. A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract is anticipated should this be formally solicited. This is anticipated to be set aside for small business.

Information Requested/Submission Requirements Responses to this SS notice shall not exceed three (3) pages including a cover page and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 11 point. Responses should be uploaded to this sources sought notice within SAM.gov.

The cover page shall include the company's name, address, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), years in business, any relevant affiliate/parent company/joint venture partners, business size/socio-economic status for NAICS 812320, Government business point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address. In addition to the above, response submission will include/address the following:

Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as prime contractor or not. If using your company’s facility, provide the physical address of your facility. If a partner/subcontractor facility will be used, which partner/subcontractor will you use? Provide partner/subcontractor name, cage code, UEI, and physical location of facility.

Will your company utilize its own employees to perform the tasks described within the Performance Work Statement (PWS) or will you require partner/subcontractor employees to accomplish the services? Describe the vehicle(s) that will be used to transport dirty/clean linens, i.e. is it enclosed, size, box capacity, etc. Describe the bins that will be used for transport, size and type. Specifically, state that your company is capable of providing all services described within the PWS.
