The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit located at US Hwy 160 South Milepost 394.3, Kayenta, AZ, 86033, has an upcoming requirement for annual and quarterly inspections and testing of fire alarm system, fire sprinklers, fire pump, pre-action/dry valve, and backflow, this requirement will be issued with a base (09/01/2025 – 08/31/2026) plus (3) three option years (OY1 09/01/2026 – 08/31/2027, OY2 09/01/2027 -08/31/2028, OY3 09/01/2028 – 08/31/2029).

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238210 electrical contractors and other wiring installation contractors with a small business size standard of 19.0. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00290 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 08/08/2025.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need IAW the statement of work, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by 08/15/2025. The acquisition is unrestricted.
