KHC Medical Gas Delivery Service

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Gallup Welders Supply, Inc. UEI No.: M4C6DLMMTB8 for Medical Gas delivery service. The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Gallup Welders Supply, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available within the rural area. This award will be issued as Base plus (3) three option years.

Base Year: 05/03/2025 – 12/31/2025, First option year: 01/01/2026 – 12/31/2026, second option year: 01/01/2027 – 12/31/2027, third option year: 01/01/2028 – 12/31/2028. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. The government's determination not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within its discretion. Information received will be considered exclusively to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
