KSU Telecommunication Service

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Kayenta Service Unit, Kayenta, AZ intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Navajo Communications Co, Inc., for Telecommunication, Voice, and Unification Services for the entire Kayenta Service Unit, which consists of the Kayenta Health Center, in Kayenta, AZ, and Inscription House Health Center, in Tonalea, AZ; The Period of Performance for this request shall begin on March 01, 2025 through February 28, 2026. The Contractor, Navajo Communications Co, Inc, is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services to ensure that there is no interruption in services that could impact direct patient care.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on February 24, 2025, the contract will be issued without further notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
