Notice of Intent to Sole Source land adjacent to Exploration Park at Kennedy Space Center

This special notice is for NASA to publicly announces its intent to proceed with an Enhanced Use Lease for 74.38 acres adjacent to Exploration Park at the John F. Kennedy Space Center, Florida. NASA initially posted a Notice of Availabilities (NOA) on May 16, 2016 along with a subsequent update every two years with the last being published on June 1, 2022. A copy of the 2018-2020 NOA is attached. NASA has received one response to the NOA. Other parties interested in using this site, in part or in whole for the purpose stated in the NOA should contact the NASA POC's listed in the Notice of Intent to Sole Source.
