On 10/8/25, Amendment 05 was issued to extend the proposal due date. Proposals are now due 4pm CT on October 21, 2025. See attached files for more information. On 10/3/25, Amendment 04 was issued to provide responses to questions from prospective offerors. See attached files for more information. On 9/25/25, Amendment 03 was issued to provide the attendance sheet from the pre-proposal meeting/site visit. The amendment also extends the questions due date and proposal due date.

On 9/16/25, Amendment 02 was issued to provide responses to questions from prospective offerors and to add a site visit. The site visit will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 10:30am CT. On 9/8/25, Amendment 01 was issued to revise the Subcontractor Annual Representations & Certifications (SARC) form to Rev. 4 and to extend the questions due date and proposal due date. Questions are now due 4pm CT on September 16, 2025. Proposals are now due 4pm CT on October 6, 2025. See attached files for more information.

The selected Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to provide the Kautz Road Substation Replacement Prefabricated Control House Building and associated Arc Safe 13.8kV Medium Voltage Switchgear, as delineated in the attached specification and drawings.

The selected Subcontractor shall deliver the prefabricated control house building in compliance with all requirements in the specification and drawings documents, in accordance with the required quality assurance plan and subject to the specified acceptance criteria.
