Joint Space Threat and Combat Survivability (JSTCS) Industry Day

The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) is hosting an Industry Day on October 29, 2024 from 7:30 to 4:50 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT). The purpose of the Industry Day is to enhance potential offerors’ understanding of AEDC’s mission and the Government’s requirement for a Joint Space Threat and Combat Survivability (JSCTCS). Participants in this Industry Day will have the opportunity to attend a site visit and speak with Government subject matter experts (SMEs) via one-on-one in-person sessions.

Each session will include the Procuring Contracting Officer and technical SMEs. We plan to allow each company 30 minutes to meet with the Government. The actual time available to meet will be dependent on the number of requested meetings. We are not requesting briefings of capabilities during this time, but rather would like to hear from you on any issues/concerns/questions you may have. A detailed draft agenda is attached.

The industry day will be held in-person at the University of Tennessee Space Institute in Tullahoma, TN. The address will be provided to registered participants. Virtual attendance is not allowed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This announcement for the Joint Space Threat and Combat Survivability Industry Day does not constitute an invitation for bid or request for proposal. Any procurement action for this effort will be the subject of a separate, future announcement on SAM.gov. The Government is not under any obligation to award any related contract associated with this event.

The Government will not reimburse any potential vendors for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice or participating in the Industry Day. Participation in the Joint Space Threat and Combat Survivability Industry Day is voluntary.
