Notice of Intent to Issue Sole Source- Business Simulation Support

In accordance with FAR 5.203(a) Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of Defense Acquisition University (DAU), intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Executive Edge, Inc. dba Advantexe Learning Solutions. DAU requires business simulation [development, facilitation, technical support, server support and licensing of business simulations, development and delivery of associated learning content] to support the DAU Mission.

This is a notification of the government's intent to sole source this requirement. This is NOT a request for quote and requests for copies of a solicitation document in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
