Description
As published on SAM.gov.
The Molecular Foundry seeks two mass spectrometer systems to include:
A hybrid quadrupole/ion mobility/orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight (oa-TOF) mass spectrometer with switchable ESI/DESI source, UPLC analytical chromatography inlet, and associated software systems to support the Biological Nanostructures user facility. A high-performance benchtop mass spectrometer q-Tof mass spectrometer system equipped with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) source, UPLC analytical chromatography system inlet, and associated software systems to support the Organic facility.
The emphasis in the instrument selection will be on the ease of use, system flexibility, and performance. Key performance benchmarks include instrument ionization source capabilities, sensitivity, resolution, and accuracy.
