This is a Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) for adding Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) existing Fair Share Sustainment Operation (FSSO), Homing All the Way Killer (HAWK) Missile System contract. This J&A allows ceiling increase by adding Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist United States Government (USG) through supporting Management, Logistics, Engineering (MLE) service and material supply.
