Mogadishu Somalia Lodging Facility Construction

Design-build services for a hardstand lodging building with bathroom, shower, and laundry facilities with a contract completion date 335 days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The building site is located in a declared Contingency zone. The contractor shall have an existing operational presence in Mogadishu with ability to mobilize immediately upon award, active SAM registration, JCCS Acceptability for the AFRICOM AOR, and a workforce cleared IAW ACI 3203.15.
