Passivation of Getinge autoclaves

The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends award on a sole source basis a modification to existing contract W81XWH21C0091 on behalf of The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute for Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID).

Contract W81XWH21C0091 was awarded to Getinge USA Sales, LLC. on 01 July 2021. This requirement is to execute the passivation of thirty-eight (38) existing Getinge autoclaves currently installed onsite and connected to the effluent decontamination plumbing lines within the existing building. This process includes disassembly, prepping, reassembly, and testing.

Getinge USA Sales, LLC is the sole provider capable of executing the passivation process in its entirety and coordinating a long-term storage solution that will allow future upgrade and testing of the autoclaves in USAMRIID II. Getinge USA Sales, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor and/or reseller for the autoclaves such that OEM service is provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
