Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition for 70T05020D5NCSL013 has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. The contract is being extended in accordance with Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services.
