ITIN/Foreign Certification Program InkJet Roll Paper (Form 9844)

Jacket 670-962 is for 100 paper rolls, each paper roll must contain 80,000 forms. Each form prints in grren and black ink and is 8-1/2 x 11". Paper roll is 50 x 17" with 6" diameter core and must be compatible with an IBM InfPrint 5000 InkJet Printer. Specific security paper is required - Defensa Basic IJ (inkJet) Paper, Basis Weight 24. One pre-production sample roll with 10,000 forms is required. Specific load on pallets and specific packing requirements must be followed.

The Government will issue Bills of Lading for shipping 100 rolls - do not include the shipping costs in bid. The shipping costs for the pre-production sample and 10 sample sheets must be included in bid. The pre-production sample roll is due on or before April 9, 2025. The 100 paper rolls must deliver on or before June 23, 2025.
