Notice of Intent to Single Source – Sampling Incubation and Microbial Analysis with Reports

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, NM intends to exercise an option with Technical Safety Services LLC for the provision of supplies and services for glove finger tip sampling, medial fill tests, and surface sampling incubation and microbial analysis with reports.

Period of Performance:

Option Period One: 9/13/2024-9/12/2025 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541380- Testing Laboratories and Services with a Small Business Administration size standard of $19.0 million. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, Contracting Officers may solicit from one sources if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This Notice of Intent to Single Source is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent.
