Perinatal Software Support and Maintenance

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU), located in Gallup, New Mexico 87301 intends to negotiate a sole source award with GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. for perinatal software support and maintenance services. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $24.5M Period of Performance is for 12 months beginning date of award.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. for perinatal software support and maintenance services to monitor and keep patients safe while in OB/GYN department at GIMC facility.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. may submit a capability statement via electronic email by 12:00 PM MST on June 27, 2024. Any other form of communication will not be considered. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government.
