PM Surveillance Service CC 9000 GIMC

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU), located in Gallup, New Mexico 87301 intends to negotiate a sole source award with Cam-Dex Corporation for preventative maintenance of CC 9000 access control system and video surveillance services. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $25M. Period of Performance is for 12 months beginning date of award.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization).

Cam-Dex Corporation provides preventative maintenance services of CC 9000 and video surveillance services to monitor and keep employees and patients safe while at GIMC facility. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than Cam-Dex Corporation may submit a capability statement via electronic email by 12:00 PM MST on May 9, 2024. Any other form of communication will not be considered.

A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
