BACKGROUND The Indian Health Service (IHS) plans to procure Radiology Interpretation & On-Site Services specified in the attached documents. SCOPE To procure Radiology Interpretation & On-Site Services in accordance with the FOCA "Fair and Open Competition Act". CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS/ AND PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS (N/A) TYPE OF ORDER This is a firm-fixed price, single-award purchase order.

ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Period of Performance: 1 year after award PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Rosebud IHS Hospital Rosebud, SD 7.0 REPORT(S)/DELIVERABLES AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Delivery of products should be in accordance with the SOW. PAYMENT Payment via IPP.gov upon delivery 10.0.
