Notice of Intent to Award- Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for LIBRE Continuous Glucose Monitors BPA on an As Needed Basis

Notice of Intent to Award – Blanket Purchase Agreement The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF) in Chinle, Arizona intends to place a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) vendor, National Environmental, INC;

DBA: Buy Indian Medical for the Freestyle LIBRE Glucose Monitors on an as-needed basis. The anticipated period of performance is for one year. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325415 – In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of $16.5. No further awards will be made unless the need for the population health department at the Chinle Service Unit, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes.

The prospective, award BPA as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition. Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than September 30, 2026 at 1:00pm Mountain Standard Time.

In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
