Chinle IHS Residential Appraisal Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included I this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Facility Maintenance Department needs a contractor to provide appraisal services of six (6) residential houses to determine a fair market value.

Refer to enclosed Combined Synopsis/Solicitation IHS1512244 and attachements listed herein. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 531320 with an associated small business size standard of $9.5 million.
