The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 800 employees. Period of Performance shall be for a Base plus Two (2) Option Years, with a duration of one year from date of award.

In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized, the contractors above are uniquely qualified to provide the various requested supplies, to ensure direct patient care. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A solicitation will not be issued.
