Sole Source Notice - PM Service on Arlington Scientific Instruments

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Arlington Scientific Inc. (ASI), under NAICS code 811210 – Surgical instrument repair and maintenance services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). The requirement is for a for a contractor to provide service/maintenance to the ASI instruments at the Whiteriver Service Unit Laboratory (WRSU). This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
