BPA for various lab supplies for the Laboratory Dept. at the KHC

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC), located in Kayenta, AZ 86033, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award to McKesson Medical-Surgical, Inc., UEI Number DLTUFGNBD4R5 and Biomerieux, Inc., UEI Number HCNVCMEG9NL6, for various laboratory testing supplies to be ordered on an as needed basis for Cardiac Verific Calibration, Test Kits, Cartridge Test BHCG, Test Cards, Swab Amino Test, BioFire RP2.1 Panel, Filmarray GI Panel, and testing in order to produce the highest quality of testing results and subsequent patient care.

Period of Performance shall be issued as a Base plus one (1) option year, for a duration of one year from date of award. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), McKesson Medical-Surgical, Inc. & Biomerieux, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide the various requested supplies, to ensure direct patient safety care for providing various testing at the facility. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than McKesson Medical-Surgical, Inc. & Biomerieux, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Jerlyn Begay, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 10:00am EDT on Wednesday 06/25/2025. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
