Intent to Limit Sources - to SCRIPTPRO USA, INC

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to award a non-competitive, limited source task/delivery order to SCRIPTPRO USA, INC, 5828 Reeds RD, Mission KS, 66202-2740 for a Robotic Prescription Dispensing System.

The Period of Performance will be from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 The award will be a limited source procurement awarded to SCRITPPRO USA, INC in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) – Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level or quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than SCRIPTPRO USA INC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Marshall Arviso, Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 3:00 PM MT on Monday, December 9, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
