Intent to Sole Source to Sysmex of America Inc

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chine Service Unit, Pinon Health Center Facility intends to award a non-compeitive, sole source multi-year purchase order to proposed contract, Sysmex of America Inc for renewal of hematology Analyzer is under governemnt CPRR/Lease program. Includes the equipment, service, and consumables. Authority cited AR 8.405-6 (a)(1)(i)(b) only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The proposed contractor shall provide these services for the Pinon Health Center Facility. The proposed contractor is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required supplies to ensure there is not interruption in services that could impacct direct patient care. The notice of intent to award a sole source contract us not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quote.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convicing evidence that compeition would be advantageous to the Goverenmnt Respondents are advised that the Governemnt is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information submitted. If no affirmative writeenn rsponse is recieved by January 09, 2025. 5:00 PM MST, thee contract will be issued without further notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procuremnt base upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the pupose in the future. Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in Federal Business opportunities in accordance with FAR part 5. however, responses to a solicitation.
