Intent to Sole Source - DataRay Annual Software Maintenance Services

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility located in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to DataRay Inc, 1141 SE Grand BLVD Suite 107, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73129-6708 for, Annual Software Maintenance services for the D3-MMP Label Printers.

The Period of Performance will be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to DataRay Inc in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than DataRay Inc may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Marshall Arviso, Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 3:00 PM MT on Friday, November15, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
