Notice of Intent to Award - Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Delivery of Various Laboratory Supplies

Notice of Intent to Award – Blanket Purchase Agreement The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Tsaile Health Center intends to negotiate two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) IAW FAR 13.303-2(c)(1) & FAR 8.405-3 (3)(i) with FISHER SCIENTIFIC COMPANY LLC and RED HERITAGE MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC COMPANY LLC for the delivery of Laboratory supplies for Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Phlebotomy and Point-of-Care testing to be ordered on an as-needed basis for the Tsaile Health Center Laboratory Department.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period from the date of award to December 31,2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413 – In Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of employees at 1,250. No further awards will be made unless the needs for Tsaile Health Center changes.

Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of the items listed above are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Tsaile Health Center Laboratory Department. If no affirmative written response is received by Closing Date/Time, the contract will be issued without further notice. In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
