FCRHC BPA for Lab Supplies and Testing Supplies

Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center, located in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with FISHER HEALTHCARE LABORATORY, MEDTOX DIAGNOSTICS, INC., QUIDEL CORPORATION for miscellaneous types of lab supplies and testing supplies on an as-needed basis.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325413 In-vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250. No further awards will be made unless the need for Four Corners Regional Health Care located at Teec Nos Pos, Arizona changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than December 17, 2024 at 10:00 am MST. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
