Notice to Intent to Award - BPA - Hardware Supplies

Notice of Intent to Award – Blanket Purchase Agreements In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit in Pinon, Arizona, intends to place a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Grainger for rooftop unit air condition, heating boiler, hot water, and domestic hot water boiler supplies on an as-needed basis. Items are needed and essential for day to day operations of facility maintenance for all patients, patrons, visitors and employees.

The anticipated period of performance is January 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510 Hardware Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750. No further awards will be made unless the need for Pinon Health Center, Facility Department changes. The prospective, BPA as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than 12/27/2024. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.
