Echo Lumena

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to IMMUCOR Inc, 3130 Gateway Drive, Norcross, GA 30091-5625 for the installation of an Echo Lumena automated blood bank system, with Instrument Service Plan. Delivery required 30 days ARO. Instrument Service Plan for an addtional 4 ters begining one year after installation.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to IMMUCOR, Inc. in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B)) for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is capable of providing the supplies and services required at the level of quality because the supplies and services are unique and highly specialized. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than IMMUCOR, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Marshall L. Arviso, Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 4:00 PM MT on Tuesday October 22, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
