This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice per FAR 5.204. **THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION** The Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit, located in Chinle, Arizona 86503 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Service Contract (NPSC) for two (2) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA). The Period of Performance is for one (1) year: date of award through 12 months as a Base plus three (3) Option Periods.

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1502480 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 01/29/2025.
