**THIS IS A BUY INDIAN SET ASIDE per Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47 and only offers form Buy Indian small businesses will be accepted.** BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Healthcare Center (4CRHC), U.S. Hwy 160 Route 35, Red Mesa, AZ, 86514 is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver Water Heater and Ranges.

15 Each – Inside home water heater – 40 Gallon, Natural Gas heated 20 Each – Range Stove – Free Standing 30” wide with speed heating heat burner, White, National Gas, The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 335220 – Major Household Appliance Manufacturing. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have – and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) – an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.

Destination: ARO 45 days.

EVALUATION CRITERIA: This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. There is no brand name specified. Use the above specification type to submit the bid (gallon, size, etc.).
