NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: Vyaire Medical Inc.

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a Sole Source firm-fixed-priced award to Vyaire Medical Inc., 26125 N. Riverwoods Blvd., Mettawa, Illinois 60045 to deliver Bellavista 1000e Ventilators and its accessories to Crownpoint Healthcare Facility.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Vyaire Medical Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available based on urgency. Crownpoint Healthcare Facility requires the identified medical equipment in preparation for an upcoming TJC inspections.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Vyaire Medical Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Janice Martinez, Supervisory Contract Specialist, at Janice.Martinez@ihs.gov on September 11, 2024 by 8:00 MST Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
