Food Management Software

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Service Unit, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm-fixed-price contract with DFM Holdco Inc. dba DFM Dietary Food Management (UEI QJLFZMH7N7G4). The requested software services is only available from DFM Holdco Inc due to exclusive proprietary rights to the software. The period of performance is a base plus four one-year options. The NAICS code is 513210, with an associated small business size standard of $47.0 million.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchase not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization). This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued.
