Inscription House Health Center - Notice of Intent - Sterile Storage Cabinets

Aldevra, LLC – Equipment-Sterile Storage Cabinet - Inscription House Health Center The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) in Tonalea, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Aldevra, LLC for two (2) sterile storage cabinets as required by the Dental Department, with the delivery on/by 08/31/2024.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Aldevra, LLC in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive licensing agreement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than Aldevra, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Jerlyn Begay, Contract Specialist, at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Thursday, April 18, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
