Non-Personal Service Contract for General Surgery

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit (SSU), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, has an upcoming requirement for a Non-Personal Healthcare Services, 1 General Surgery and 1 General Surgery (Nocturnist) for the Surgery Department. The anticipated Period of Performance date for this requirement will be for twelve (12) continuous months starting from the Date of Award.

The Request for Quotations No. IHS11488778_785 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 30, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by May 17, 2024. The acquisition is Buy Indian Set-Aside.
