BPA for Miscellaneous Electrophysiological Medical Supplies for Northern Navajo Medical Center

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure miscellaneous Electrophysiological Medical Supplies on an as needed basis. The Period of Performance has been established with a Base Period for twelve (12) consecutive months from the Date of Award plus four (4) Option Period.

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334510 – Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.

The Request for Quotations No. IHS1487371 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by April 10, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need according to the Statement of Work, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by April 16, 2024. The acquisition is set aside as unrestricted.
