Inscription House Health Center - Notice of Intent - Printer Consumables

DT –Trak Consultling, Inc. – Printer Consumables - Inscription House Health Center The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Inscription House Health Center (IHHC) in Tonalea, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to DT- Trak Consulting, Inc. for Printer Consumables as required by the IT Department, with a Period of Performance from 08/01/2024 to 07/31/2025.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to DT-Trak Consulting, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive licensing agreement. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than DT-Trak Consulting, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ms. Amber Whitehair, Contract Specialist, at amber.whitehair@ihs.gov by 1:00pm EST on Friday, July 25, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
