Grounds Maintenance

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit only written quotes for IHS1486857 Grounds Maintenance RFQ.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06. This solicitation is a 100% BUY INDIAN set aside. Vendor has to be registered in SAM.gov. The associated NAICS code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $7.5. This RFQ contains twenty-one (21) Line Items, grounds maintenance service for a base year and 2 option years. There will be a site visit on January 11, 2024 at 10:00am CST.
