Intent to Sole Source - DataRay Annual Software Maintenance Services

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint, NM Intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to DataRay, Inc, for annual software maintenance services, for the D3-MMP Label Printer, located in the Pharmacy Department of the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility. The Contractor DataRay, Inc, is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services that could impact direct patient care. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals.

There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that a competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by11:00 am Mountain Standard Time on January 16, 2024 the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to Marshall.
