Gallup Indian Medical Center - Notice of Intent to Single Source - Carestream Health, Inc.

Carestream Health, Inc. – Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the Carestream Health DRX-Revolution & Detector Units The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Carestream Health, Inc. for preventative maintenance and repair services for the Carestream Health DRX-Revolution & Detector units as required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) located in Gallup, New Mexico.

The period of performance will be Date of Award to December 31, 2024 with a one (1) year option period. The award will be a single source procurement awarded to Carestream Health, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive licensing agreement.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Carestream Health, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Stephen J. Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
