Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Software Management Services – Alaris System (Level 2)

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) Kayenta, Arizona, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to CareFusion Solutions, LLC, EIN Number JEC9J3E8QBJ7, for Software Management Services – Alaris System (Level 2) as required by the Biomedical Department. Award will be for a base year of 12 months from date of award.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), CareFusion Solutions, LLC is uniquely qualified to provide the required services for Software Management Services for the Alaris System for CareFusion and its licensors retain all ownership rights in software. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers.

Any potential sources other than CareFusion Solutions, LLC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Flora Washington, Contract Specialist, flora.washington@ihs.gov by 1:00PM MST on Wednesday 21, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
