Morris System Licensing Subscription Support Service for the Morris System Software

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center intends to make a sole source award to Morris System, Inc. for services stated in the attached Statement of Work to be provided to the Northern Navajo Medical Center stated therein. The Period of Performance will be for twelve (12) continuous months beginning from the Date of Award with Base plus four (4) Option Periods.

This award will be made in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source. The Contractor, Morris System, Inc., is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services of providing the licensure subscription and technical/maintenance support for the Morris System to the Northern Navajo Medical Center. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) on January 24, 2024, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses should be received by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
