Telecommunication Services for OEHE Field Offices - NM and AZ

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Division of Acquisition Management and Contracts, intends to negotiate a single-sourced, firm fixed price contract with Lumen Technologies Government Solutions Inc.(Unique Entity ID # R649KR5942C2), under the authority at FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, 41 U.S.C.

3304(a)(1), for purchases under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. Lumen Technologies Government Solutions Inc. is able to provide telecommunication services. The NAICS code is 517111, with an associated small business size standard of 1,500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or proposals, and a competitive solicitation will not be issued.
