Court Document Retrieval Services - Request For Information

This is a request for information (RFI) for court document retrieval services.

The purpose of this request is to conduct market research into obtaining court document retrieval services, allowing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Field Offices to efficiently retrieve mission-critical court records. ERO is seeking a court document retrieval service provider to provide a web-based software subscription that will allow ERO to request, track and manage certified and uncertified court documents.

The contractor shall have the capability to provide a secure web-based platform, FedRAMP approved and meets FISMA Standards, that grants ICE users the ability to request and physically and/or electronically receive available archived and non-archived court-certified documentation from U.S. state, county, and municipal courts as well as U.S. territories and the associated court jurisdictions therein. The contractor shall be responsible for all maintenance and operation of this web-based platform.
