NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD The Air Force Research Laboratory Sensors Directorate (AFRL/RY) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH, has a requirement for additional Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS). Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a single-source basis as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 to Sawdey Solution Services, Inc. Award Date:

15 September 2026 Period of Performance: 15 September 2026 through 14 March 2028 Reason for Single Source: A contractor without the knowledge, experience, and capabilities required could not successfully continue the program’s current needs without a disruption of service, duplication of efforts, transition delays, and/or increased costs. This Notice of Contract Award is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a request for competitive proposals or expressions of interest.

The contract has already been awarded. All questions should be directed to the buyer at jay.solether@us.af.mil. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “SAMS Bridge Contract.” Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.

Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB. If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, .docx, .xls, or .xlsx documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
