Intent to Award Sole Source - Roche Micro

This is an Intent to Award Sole Source published for informational purposes only. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to fulfill the requirements of the United States Air Force, USAFSAM/PHE, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-7541. Roche Diagnostics is the only known responsible vendor able to provide reagents and testing kits for processing specifically on Roche Diagnotics analyzers.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Any inquiries regarding this acquisition should be e-mailed to Jessica Briggs, jessica.briggs@us.af.mil no later than Thursday, 26 December 2024, 4:00pm EST. Only inquiries received by this date and time will be considered. Be advised that all correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads “FA2396-25-A-B-0003 – Roche Micro”.

Note that email filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter emails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the email may not get through the email filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson AFB. If sending attachments with email ensure only .pdf, .doc, or .xls documents are sent. The email filter may delete any other form of attachments.
