USUHS awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract to Carahsoft Technology Corp for ServiceNow term software licenses to include all major releases of the software and documentation made available during each respective license’s term.

ServiceNow software products and support include the following components: ServiceNow® Integrated Risk Management Professional, ServiceNow® Security Operations Professional SIR v2 - Unrestricted User, ServiceNow® IT Operations Management Visibility v2, ServiceNow® Security Operations Enterprise - VR v2 - Devices, ServiceNow® FedRAMP Premium for Production/Non-Production Instances GCC Internet POD (IL2), ServiceNow® Software Asset Management Professional - Subscription Unit, and ServiceNow® Strategic Portfolio Management Professional v2 – SPM User.
