THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ); IT IS STRICTLY A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). NEITHER UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS NOR ANY OTHER KINDS OF OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFI. NO CONTRACT/ORDER WILL BE AWARDED PURSUANT TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.

This is a supply type contract for the purchase or consolidation of or increase in amount concurrent users of current software and implementation of a single centralize Orthopedic Templating Software solution for Radiology Picture and Archiving System (PACS). The vendor will install/implement a centralized Orthopedic Templating Software solution with full integration to either a single deconstructed PACS or existing PACS. The solution will be located within a government host virtual environment.

Description of supply/introduction: The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is pursuing the acquisition of a single Enterprise PACS Orthopedic Templating Software solution which must integrate to current DHA PACS vendors (Agfa, Fuji, and Phillips).

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to provide as necessary for DHA to transition from local PACS or HUB PACS solution (s) to a single enterprise Orthopedic Templating Software solution integrated with current PACS vendors as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS.

The new Orthopedic Templating Software system will meet industry performance standards, offer the necessary redundancy and contingency features to meet DHA needs, and provide state-of-the-art technology enhancements to improve user experience and minimize service disruption.
