Mask Aligner for Photolithography

The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing a photolithography mask aligner to be used for prototyping electrode designs in support of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD).This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
